Wrath of the War God
Trident of Deksis
A weapon used by Deksis eons ago, one of many he crafted and imbued with some of his godlike power. This one in particular was used for water-based combat, and gave his navy an edge against the opposition. It may be a mockery of Telir, God of Storms and the Ocean, as Telir’s sacred weapon is a trident.
Hundreds of years after the Walking War, the trident was found by The Coalition‘s own Easy Company in the ruined city of Heiros, apparently a part of an adult Blue Dragon’s hoard.
1d8 piercing damage damage (1d10 if two-handed)
Returning As a bonus action, you may call the Trident back to your hand from up to 120 feet away. It cannot pass through physical objects nor deal damage while doing this.
Spellcasting Being attuned to this item grants the use of the Shape Water cantrip. Additionally, once every 10 days, the Trident can be used to cast Watery Sphere without the need for spell components.
Water Travel You can breathe underwater, and gain a Swim Speed of 40. You have darkvision in water up to 60 feet.
Water Travel Once every 10 days, you may create a bubble of air around you and up to 7 other creatures. This bubble lasts for up to 4 hours and can be moved underwater at 60 feet/round as an action. The bubble has a radius of 15 feet and creatures inside are suspended in the middle. Attacks against creatures in the bubble are made at advantage.
